Sub Tanks | Picture | Description |
 | In the Wire Sponge stage, about 1/3 of the way through the stage there is a very large room with large structures inside. It is always raining in that room. On top of the structure to the right is the Sub Tank. |
 | Another Sub Tank is in the Bubble Crab stage. About half way throug the stage is a large strait-away where there are a few robo-jellyfish floating around. Charge up the Bubble Splasher and it will give you the ability to jump very high in the water. Jump up and to the left to see the Sub Tank. Remember: Mega Man can jump alone the surface of the water. |
 | In the Flame Stag stage, use the flying beetle at the beginning of the stage to fly up and to the left where the Sub Tank rests. |
 | In the Magna Centipede stage go through the stage until get passed the giant moving blocks. Then you need to charge up your Speed Burner weapon. Dash-Jump from the platform hard to the right and then release the Y button. Wall kick up the shaft you get to and get the Sub Tank. |
